What information do you need to start my search?
This depends on the type of search you are requesting. Generally, all you need to provide us with is Address, City, State, Zip Code, County, Parcel ID, Owner Name(s), your File Number, and your Closing Date. Do I have to use the website to place my order?

How do I place a bulk order?
Our portal and most integrations can handle bulk orders, and we are always here to assist you. If you’re interested in placing a bulk order(an order with 10 or more parcels related to the same closing), please reach out to us by emailing [email protected], or calling (800) 806-3639.

How do I check the status of my report?
You can log in to our portal to quickly and easily check the status of an order. You can also send an email to [email protected] or call (800) 806-3639 to obtain the status of an order. You can also call or email us if you need to rush an order.

What is your average turn-around time?
We know you want to see a number here, but every property is different depending on where it is located. How long is the information on my report good for?
We will either provide an “as of date” or the entities that we are reporting information on will have a “date received”. Let’s connect and discuss how long a report is good for as well as discuss setting up an update process to ensure you are always working with good and current information. When can I expect my finished report?
It depends on the entities being reported. In some of the major metropolitan areas we can process orders “automatically” and have the finished report back in minutes. All orders are “started on” within 24 hours (most, within hours) and orders are completed as quickly as possible.
