  • WHAT IS A TRID?

    An acronym for the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure, TRID is a set of rules meant to keep lenders from taking advantage of borrowers. It tells lenders what the various types of information they need to give to a borrower, such as the Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure, and how soon they must provide it.
