  • WHAT IS THE SECURE ACT?

    The Securing and Enabling Commerce Using Remote Electronic (SECURE) Notarization Act was introduced into the United States Congress and House of Representatives in 2020 to create standard security requirements and authorize any notary to perform Remote Online Notarizations.
