  • How do I order an update for a file?

    You can order an update through our poral, through an integration, or by sending an email to  [email protected] . For assistance on how to order updates and/or for support with setting up an efficient update process, give us a call at  (800) 806-3639.

  • How long is the information on my report good for?

    We will either provide an “as of date” or the entities that we are reporting information on will have a “date received”.
