Acreage/Title Examiner
CertSimple specializes in certifying property tax information for title companies. We are looking for reliable, self-sufficient candidates for a full time examiner to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday in our state of the art building located in Addison, Texas right on the Dallas North Tollway.
General Job Duties and Qualifications:
- Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced, production driven environment and be able to quickly adapt and learn new tasks
- ** Ability to review the following documents: Subdivision Plats/Surveys/Fieldnotes/Title Deeds
- ** Ability to utilize Deed Plot program
- Ability to search/navigate property tax appraisal maps
- Ability to identify tax parcel(s) based on above mentioned documents & resources
- Ability to Search County Clerk sites and use in-house title plant access for plats/documents filed of record
- Call property appraisal and tax offices to obtain information not available online
- Communicate with clients regularly via email or phone in a professional and timely manner
- Exceptional Windows and Microsoft Office program knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- ** Computer proficiency and excellent written communication skills
- ** Strong typing and 10 key skills
- Above average Web navigation and search skills
**Candidates will be tested on their proficiency as part of the interview process
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
