Property Tax Examiner
CertSimple specializes in certifying property tax information for title companies. We are currently seeking a full time property tax examiner to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday in our Dallas office. CertSimple is located in a state of the art building on the Dallas North Tollway.
*** Experience/knowledge in property tax or title industry is required ***
General Job Duties:
- Use property appraisal and tax websites to complete tax certificate orders
- Call property appraisal and tax offices to obtain information not available online
- Maintain current property tax info such as tax rate, bills and values in our database
- Communicate with clients regularly via email or phone in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Windows and Microsoft Office program knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Computer proficiency and excellent written communication skills
- Strong typing and 10 key skills
- Quick learning, outgoing and team oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, production driven environment and able to quickly adapt and learn new tasks
- Above average Web navigation and search skills
**Candidates will be tested on their proficiency as part of the interview process
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
