  • WHAT IS A REAL ESTATE BROKER

    An individual who has completed additional education and state licensing beyond the standard real estate agent requirements. Brokers can do anything a real estate agent can do, as well as have real estate agents practice under them. Principal or Managing Brokers typically oversee hiring, training, and ensuring agents are following state and federal real estate laws.
